Katie + Adam got married on the Rooftop of the Highland Brewing Company in Asheville North Carolina and it was such a pleasure to be their wedding photographer! The love the two have for each other is so ever present in such small things like the way they look at each other, their interactions and the sweet little moments in between. The two met while Katie was in grad school in NC and in a with his sister-in-law. He came to visit his brother for the Christmas 2012 holidays and they all went out to dinner - which ended up in them dating long-distance for 2 years!

Being a Birth Photographer here in Fayetteville, North Carolina must be one of the most satisfying and exciting things I get to shoot. Getting to know a sweet family through their pregnancy and than seeing a new life being brought into this world is so wonderful and puts you in such a great mood for the next couple of days, its just fantastic. This time, I got to shoot my first C Section Birth at the Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina which was super exciting. Standing in the OR and watching the doctors work, seeing little Dakota being born, the happy looks on Mom & Dad's face when they got to meet their sweet little boy.
